The district of Poble Sec, located in the lower part of the mountain of Montjuïc, was built at the beginning of the XX century, the great majority of its constructions date from those dates. It is common to find buildings with wooden beams, bricks forged with Catalan Vaults and masonry loading walls.
We find a diamond in the rough, in a state totally of origin, as if time had stopped in this completely exterior property, square dimensions and in one of those buildings with a special charm, which we enjoy reinventing.
In this project, we have focused on the recovery of architectural elements of great interest, such as brick forging with bearing structure of wooden beams, restoration of balconies forging the balcony, moldings etc.
As for the final arrangement of the property, we opted for a semi-open kitchen to the living room and two good sized bedrooms with a spacious and fully equipped bathroom.
